Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Agnes is a highly experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with a strong background in project management, data analysis, and capacity building. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Population Studies from Makerere University, Kampala, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute, Gulu. Ayupo has proven expertise in developing and implementing M&E frameworks, theories of change, and indicator tracking systems, having worked on numerous projects throughout her career. Her work includes conducting midterm and endline evaluations for various projects, particularly in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, child protection, livelihoods, and youth empowerment. She has supported project teams and partners in building their M&E capacity, ensuring data quality, and reporting progress in line with donor requirements. Agnes also has extensive experience in managing partnerships with NGOs and local stakeholders, particularly in community-based settings.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated leadership in coordinating advocacy, communication, and gender equity initiatives, as well as in designing and maintaining information management systems to track project outcomes and impact. Her ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and manage complex projects has been consistently recognized, making her a valuable asset to any organization.
