Pamela Tuniza
Florence Sempebwa Makada is the Managing Director of MOTORCARE Uganda Ltd, a subsidiary of KJAER GROUP. Florence has worked for Motorcare for than 25 years in various leadership capacity, including Finance and Business Planning Manager, Deputy Finance Manager, Human Resource Development Manager. She has substantial experience in strategic management, Finance, Human Resources, business planning and management. Florence is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of UK-FCCA. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa, and a Bsc. with First Class Honors in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University-UK.
