Sexual and Reproductive Health Program Manager

Masika is the Sexual and Reproductive Health Program Manager at Shared Action Africa, where she manages and oversees SRH programs for rural and refugee women and girls, ensuring access to comprehensive, high-quality SRH services. With over 15 years of experience in maternal and child health, family planning, and community-based health programs, Joyce has led successful initiatives in underserved regions of Uganda. She previously worked as a Project Officer and Team Lead at Action for Community Development (ACODEV) and as Project Coordinator for the USAID Family Planning Activity through Pathfinder International, improving family planning access and outcomes in districts like Kasese, Bundibugyo, and Ntoroko.

Joyce holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Bishop Stuart University, a Bachelor’s degree in Community-Based Development from Nkumba University, and a Certificate in Comprehensive Nursing from Kagando School of Nursing and Midwifery.
