Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Officer

Kobuhwezi is an Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Officer at Shared Action Africa with four years of experience in the same field. She is responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) services, family planning, and cervical cancer screening within the project area. Her key responsibilities include: Overseeing service delivery and ensuring the effective implementation of ASRH, family planning, and cervical cancer screening programs. Developing work plans and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Leading training initiatives and capacity building for health workers and peer educators. Monitoring project performance, analyzing data, and addressing challenges to ensure continuous improvement. Supervising and providing guidance to peer educators. Managing project finances and resources while ensuring compliance with policies. Building strong relationships with community groups, partners, and other stakeholders to promote sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services.

Previously, Atamba worked as an Enrolled Midwife at Nyakatsiro Health Centre III for four years and at Kyabugimbi Health Centre IV for one year. She studied at Kalolilwanga School of Nursing and Midwifery, Nakibale, where she obtained a Certificate in Midwifery.
